Extremely satisfied.

The staff were amazing ???? we missed a night thanks to our flight rescheduling 4 times. But thanks to Lee Jong Seop the absolute champ, he did not charge us for that night and helped us speak to booking.com regarding the situation. Superb service will surely recommend!!!

Amazing stay! This hotel lives up to everything they say! Worth to re-book!

Everything. I only have good things to say about this hotel - it exceeded our expectation! Truly a 4-star hotel! It has amazing facilities - the bedrooms are cleaned and the bedding changed everyday! The staff was also really helpful! There are stores and snackbars in the are. The metro is a 2 minute walk - there is also an international bank next to the metro entrance. The bedroom had a good size of space, the bed was so comfertable to sleep on. The AC worked perfectly and we had the most beautiful view. If we comeback to Korea - we will be booking here again!

A beautiful hotel worthy of a stunning city.

Excellent location for efficient use of Airport bus, metro, and (especially) city buses to all points in Seoul. Gorgeous business hotel with extra room and that extra bit of cool kid style that makes a place special.

Best place to be in Seoul

Arirang is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy, and check in and check out processes were so easy. An MRT station with an ATM and hot bread store is nearby along with convenience stores for easy access to snacks etc. We stayed here on arrival into Seoul and again prior to our departure. We will definitely be back in future when we visit Seoul again.

Worth the price, check out the location first.

Literally everything was fine. Lived in some airbnb before a few days moved into the hotel was just a good transfer and just up my mood really well when the room is pretty big with a small couch with pretty big desk in front is the window and a pretty big bed and nice and clean bathroom. Everything is good but do not expect too much because my opinion was different when I got the room.

Just the location is that nice but the price was affordable so I decided to give it a try. But there is a bus stop right literally in front of the hotel so bus stops are around the hotel so commute will not be that bad but it is not center, 3-5km away from Myeongdong and 2km from Ikseondong probably.

Absolutely perfect

It was our first trip to South Korea and this Hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The Hotel is very close to the metro station. The staff was super friendly and always helpful if we had any questions. We loved the asian kind breakfast every morning. Our Room was always clean and we got two bottles of water every day. If you don't need specific products you don't have to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash or hand lotion. Everything you need is already there. We already planning our next trip to Seoul and would choose this Hotel again.

More hooks to hang towels properly would be nice.

2nd round on Dongdaemun

- Spacious room with a sofa, all the standard facilities eg, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, kettle, tea, etc. - Hotel location is quite near to the subway and there's a lot of bus stops around. - Hotel area is lively, lot of restaurants, street food, convenience stores, etc. - Far from the hustle and bustle from Hongdae and Myeong-dong. We prefer to go to those places only when needed and not be in the middle of it. - Hotel offers luggage storage that's was great on last day since we had a red-eye flight.

A wonderful trip to Seoul.

A perfect short stay in Seoul.. this hotel is situated right next to the subway station and the bust stop is right outside the hotel. There is a direct airport bus too. The hotel is very clean, and the bed is comfortable. There are many coffee shops, cafes and diners around the area, and the best thing was the cherry blossoms around the hotel were in full bloom when we were there.

Wonderful

Fast check-in, fast check out Staff was very friendly, they had a well-spoken english, especially younger employees, and they always solved any request I had Ordering in South Korea can be hard as a foreigner, but the staff always helped with ordering when asked Bus stops are right in front of the hotel, subway also very close and the limousine bus for airport station is right after the corner, after a 2 minute walk

It surprised me they weren't controlling the temperature in the hotel rooms, and it's close to November, so I had to ask them to bring a radiator so I could heat up the room

Hotel is accessible to subway but frontliners need to be trained on good customer service.

Near subway station

Bad customer service. Front desk people (except for the male front desk person who checked us in last October 28 in the afternoon(the one who speaks good English, tall and lean ) was very nice, polite and helpful) make us feel we owe them our stay. Instead of providing us service and helping us, they order us around on where to put and how to arrange our luggages during the morning of our checkout (Nov 5, 10-10:30 am).

Excellent hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception, lovely clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of Korean cuisine and other choices. Close to MRT and places we needed to visit. Will definitely stay again.

Overall a great place to stay, not too far from many tourist attractions in Seoul.

Location was exceptional: near airport bus stop, regular bus stop, and subway. All of them within 300m from the hotel. Other than that, there are also many restaurants and shops near the hotel (Sungshin Women Uni Exit 1-3). The room was exceptional, it even got bathtub (which I didn't know before - I didn't check before booking the room). The room is being cleaned everyday, and they give us 3 bottles of water every day. We can refill the water by going to the 2nd floor, where the gym, coin laundry, and cafe are located. Also got vending machine at the 2nd floor, but we can only pay by credit card. We can store our luggage before check in for free, and also can ship our parcels (if any) to the hotel free of charge. They will store it for you for max. 3 months (if I'm not mistaken). Totally would stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Seoul later.

The lighting on the room was pretty dimmed, therefore it would be a bit difficult to do your makeup there. Would be better if the room got options, whether the guest would like to set the lighting to warm, dimmed light, or bright light. Or maybe the hotel could provide vanity table / mirror with adequate lighting.

The staff made our stay wonderful!

The fact that the staff very graciously understood that my flight was delayed for a day, they still kept my booking. The location of the hotel is conveniently closed to proximity of subway/metro.

The central heating was set too warm. However they offered us the portable fan which was needed.
